Fresh 48 Session, Brighton Colorado
I have know Emily and Robert for a while now. I have had the honor of photographing some important milestones in there lives...engagement, wedding, and now their Fresh 48 session. And in a few days, I am excited to do Miss Ainsley's Newborn Session.
After a pretty difficult pregnancy for Emily, she was very excited to go in to labor. She had only been able to sleep approximately 4 hours in the past 4 days. Ick :(
Mama went into labor early Tuesday morning. She was an absolute champ, delivering a 7lb 7oz chunker! She crowned with a full head of hair that her doctor thought was funny to make into a mohawk. Little missy didn't scream very well after birth. She had some breathing issues, but she is strong like her mama and will be just fine. Congratulations you guys!!!!
I love the contrast between mom's and baby's skin here
I think this is my favorite photo. Looking at this, it tells the whole story. Love, pain, newness, care, strength, elation.
Just look at those CHEEKS!
Daddy's beard keeps tickling her.
This is by far the best mean mug ever!
24 hours old, and already has the look down pat!
Daddy snuggles
Well, there is always a first time for everything!
There are few moments in photography that line up perfectly and you see them and get the shot. As dad was pushing Ainsley back to mom in the isolette, he put his hand right where I needed it.
This is what a dad does: Cuddles, kisses, snuggles, love. Happy First Father's Day, Robert
Here is a little video of their Fresh 48 session
